Has all the usual issues that old point and click games do, but the story is truly something to marvel at and the creativity is off the charts. A good disturbing horror romp that pushed a lot of envelopes in its time and arguably still does today.Would personally recommend even if it may not be the typical modern gamer's cup of tea.. I am a huge Sierra adventure game fanboy but this game is garbage. It does not explain what you are even trying to do or where you need to go. I enjoyed the first Phantasmagoria but this game is pretty meh. Also I don't think Roberta Williams had anything to do with this title as there are no names I have ever heard of in the credits.It shows.. Wow! Surprisingly good. I wasn't expecting this much fun to be honest. It's a really good FMV game. For the fans of the genre, this one is a must-play. One thing that kinda bothered me was that the video quality. If you're a player who doesn't care about that it really doesn't matter, but be aware that Steam screenshots do not match with game's quality. Other than that everything was really sublime. Gameplay, story and puzzles.Score: 9/10. This game is fantastic if you're looking for a terrible game. If you can beat it without a guide, you're a god. This is more of an interactive story than a game, but it's hard to fault Sierra for any of their games. It does suffer from the old Sierra Syndrome of "click everywhere until it works." In the end, it's a pretty neat story with a lot of mature themes that I'm surprised I was able to obtain back when I was 15. I guess stores weren't as strict back then.. I loved the game as a kid, but I don't recommend it because it's not working.It worked fine at the beginning. I didn't play it for a few months and one day I decided to play the game again, but it won't work due to no reason at all. I haven't updated anything, downloaded anything that might interfere, I haven't changed any settings in my computer or programs, I haven't deleted any files, it simply doesn't work. I get the message DOS error and I've tried everything since. Nothing works. Don't buy it.
